I met Attorney Harrington a few years ago for a divorce case. He specializes in divorce and this was the first time I ever had to go to court. He seemed very confident and told me he had many successful cases, and I decided to trust him since I know very little about the law. During two hearings, I'm not sure how to explain, but I could tell he was incompetent, and I was infuriated. He did not ask good questions and there were many things he did not inform me-can't explicitly give details but it is what attorneys tell the clients about how the court works, what to say or not to say stuff, which would have greatly helped me if I had known. For instance, he never told me what the fifth amendment right is. I was further infuriated with his attitude case was lost. Now, I doubt that he has had many successful cases. He often used grandiose diction, but uses them incorrectly or gives me the wrong definition while explaining it to me. I will never recommend this attorney to other people. I not only feel unhappy for spending money at this office, $325, but I was totally distraught with the fact that he did not put in much effort for matters that is extremely important to other peoples' lives.
