About Me

Matthew Fabisch is the Managing Attorney of Fabisch Law, L.L.C. and assists elderly clients and their children with a full range of elder law services including estate planning, wills, trusts, probate, business successions, Medicaid planning, disability planning, and tax planning. Attorney Fabisch also practices in the areas of IRS tax problem resolution and Appellate matters.

A lifelong resident of southern new england, after undergraduate school, he earned his Juris Doctor degree from Roger Williams University School of Law where he served as Editor-In-Chief of the law review.

Mr. Fabisch primarily limits his practice to matters involving individual, business, estate and gift tax litigation, preparation of trusts and wills, and to handling probate and trust administration for individuals and owners of businesses. Mr. Fabisch works with both the high net worth client, using sophisticated estate planning strategies and tools, as well as with the client who has non-tax related planning goals, such as nursing home asset protection. He also works closely with trust officials, financial planners, insurance agents, accountants and appraisers in a team effort to design and implement plans that will best meet each client's needs and objectives.

Mr. Fabisch has been a welcome guest lecturer on diverse advanced estate planning subjects. He is admitted to practice in all Massachusetts and Rhode Island State and Federal Courts.
