Mr. Travayiakis represented me on charges of assault & battery on a police officer. Lefteris guided me through the process in a professional way and was always responsive to my inquiries. Lefteris made every effort to make the process as easy as possible, which was really fantastic since I live in a different state and was able to rely on Mr. Travayaikas to handle matters without my having to be present. Lefteris' advice was always wise and well considered; where I would have been inclined to handle some things a bit differently, I found that trusting his recommendations helped us to arrive at an excellent outcome with the minimal amount of hassle and disruption to my life- Teri was able to settle the case with no penalties, no guilty plea, and ultimately the charges should be dismissed. Mr. Travayaikis was a dependable partner in navigating the unfortunate experience which is the Massachusetts criminal justice system.

I was arrested on an overzealous Disorderly Conduct charge on a late Friday evening. Saturday morning I placed several calls to local firms seeking representation in court for the arraignment scheduled that next Monday morning at 9am. Eleftherios (Terry) responded to my call first and had me in his office for a free consultation on Sunday morning. With such short notice, he was able to get a stand-in to move the date of the arraignment hearing to a time when he could represent me fully and fitfully, which obviously was intended to work in my favor, and, in the end, it did, as he was able to get the case dropped as it should have been.
Throughout the process, he kept me informed on the details of the case, and was easily reachable and responsive to my questions in a very timely and clear manner.
Beyond that, I found him friendly and pleasant to interact with - I never felt any hint of condescension. Also, despite what we both agreed was a minor case, it was always clear he was doing everything in his power to produce the best possible outcome for me in resolving the case.
Unfortunately for Terry, I don't plan or expect to need his services again in the future, or tend to associate with people who would either. However, that being said, I would most certainly refer him to a friend or use his services in the future if necessary.

My son was charged with statutory rape of a minor! He was 14 and she was 13. The fact she was 13 was a big issue. Same grade ,same school but that didn't matter. She was 13 and unable to consent. They did some consentual petting. Her parents were supposed to be supervising them. All was ok and the girl evn dropped him off and said goodnight! It wasn't until she started talking and word got around about what they did. Thats when the school and then police got involved. All of a sudden we were looking at sex offender registry and potential jail time for a great kid. A mess escalated up by the school ,the police and the DA. What ever happened to talking things out between the parents? Anyway we new this was serious and needed an attorney. Lefteris did everything he could and more to help us. The school suspended our son indefinately. Lefteris got him back into school. Ultimately we ended up pleading guilty to assault and my son got probation plus community service time! It took a long time as the wheels of justice move slowly, but it was worth it in the end.

I've known Mr. Travayiakis for 10 years and have always found him to be well prepared in his presentation of cases. He has successfully represented all of his clients and maintains excellent communications with them. I have no hesitation in recommending him for any type of legal representation I have that much faith in his qualifications.
