Description:Trial: represented S.D. on charges of Distribution of a Class B Substance and Distribution of Class B in a School Zone. S.D. was facing a minimum mandatory sentence of 2 years in prison and 4 1/2 years total if convicted. Defendant was offered 6 months probation on Continuance without a Finding of Guilty (CWOF). We went to Trial. During the Trial the government presented testimonies of several Police Officers plus Detectives, Experts in the Drug Control Unit and a Chemist. Defendant was found NOT GUILTY.
