Case Conclusion Date: 07.20.2006
Practice Area: Immigration
Outcome: REMOVAL OF CONDITIONS ON RESIDENCE - GRANTED
Description: I successfully represented a married client from Jamaica who was getting a divorce. She had a Conditional Green Card and needed to remove the conditions on residence to get her permanent green card. To complicate matters, the client was not only living a part from her husband getting ready to divorce, but she also had a criminal charge and was arrested of a crime of what Immigration Service would consider "moral turpitude". I prepared the Removal of Conditions on Green Card Petition and she was granted her permanent green card without an interview.
