I found Massachusetts Family Law Group some time back. I didn't have one attorney, but a legal team. Without them I would not have succeeded. Led by Mr. Pollack, I could not have asked for more. What a zealous team -- would recommend to anybody (except "the other side"). Job very well done.

My chapter 7 case was a breeze with this attorney's help. He had a great team to back him up too. If I had questions, I never waited more than 30 minutes for a call back.

I have used many lawyers. Mr. Pollack did a great (superb) job on my OUI case. It was hard to get him on the phone, but his staff kept me updated all of the time. When it was "my turn" for him to do the work on, it was like he cared about me like I was his only client! He is reasonable and a true defense litigator.

The first time I used this attorney he did a great job -- like a magician for my OUI (I walked out of court and didn't believe how lucky I was). I used the firm again for my divorce and they did great. Attorney Pollack has a great firm and I love their work.

My attorney helped me stop all of the collection calls. Mr. Pollack took calls from creditors before I even filed for Chapter 7. He made the process smooth and his staff was there when I didn't talk to him. Life is easier now.

Mr. Irwin Pollack and his lawyers did a great job for my divorce and then with my Chapter 7 case. Honest, knew what he was doing, charged fair, and I would say A+ for everything!

My wife and I called the attorney and he was on the phone with us one hour later. He worked all night and prepared to go before the judge at the last minute. He learned our case in a very short time when our last lawyer couldn't figure it out with six months! He is worth the price he charges, and he has a great staff. Don't go to court without him.

If you are looking for a motivational speaker Irwin is your man. If you are looking for a court room Attorney look somewhere else. He is unprepared, disorganized and performs as a clown in the court room. He can probably fix a parking ticket but not much else. If you are looking for an Attorney do you research first. His team of Attorneys are revolving doors and you never know how long they will be with the firm

My child support never got lowered after I lost my job. I called Mass. Law Group and Irwin found a way to have it changed (modified). It took two or three court hearings, but the job got done.

When my wife and I wanted to get divorced, every attorney made it seem impossible. We saw Attorney Pollack (he only represented me) and we were done in 10 weeks. He was fair, thorough and did the best for us.

He and his firm were agressive, but didn't spend enough time to do quality work. He pressed me to go to court without a good strategy and failed terribly in the court. I felt that they very much liked to make easy and quick money than help me to settle my divorce case.

He had no idea how to handle himself in front of the judge or the other attorney. He made mistake after mistake, with useless motions that were never filed. He charged me a ridiculous fee.

Got our divorce finished and Chapter 7 bankruptcy from the same Irwin Pollack and his law firm. They did it quickly and everything he said would happen did. Good strategies and helpful.

Irwin is not experienced or knowledgeable enough to handle divorce matters, or any domestic relations matters. He is more interested in racking up legal fees, expanding his practice and billing for unnecessary work than actually learning the law and spending time doing quality work. He runs into court for no reason, he drafts documents that are never filed (or that are never addressed y the court), and he makes multiple phone calls to say the same thing (and charges for it!) Stay away from Irwin Pollack and his firm.

My friend told me that he did a great job. I called and had a hard time geting him on the phone, but Mr. Pollack helped me once we talked. He even called after court to make sure I was okay...two different times. My husband's attorney was tough and inconsiderate but my lawyer did a good job defending me and geting the judge to see my way. I am glad he was not my husbands lawyer.

When I came to Irwin, I was a shattered father who thought I was going to loose my son to an out of state move. Irwin not only handled the legal matter to my complete satisfaction but he handled my emotional state of mind and always had my son and I best interest in mind. Irwin would always follow up and check up on me to see if I was doing ok and how my son was. I could reach him day or night, weekends, whenever. I actually was able to reach him on Christmas day last year when I needed to. If I ever need a lawyer in the future, Irwin will be the first call I make. He and his firm made me feel like I was the only person that mattered.

I got arrested. Saw Pollack and another lawyer. They went to the scene of stop and arrest. They found SEVEN! mistakes and challenged arrest. Within a week, my life hadd changed.

Irwin is more interested in racking up the hours and making matters more compliicated than need be, in order to rack up hours. Talk about charging for everything. put a stamp on an enevelope? $75.00. Maybe he would be a descent lawyer if he wasn't so concerned with how many hours he can charge you all the time..
He talks the talk... he makes you feel he is on your side. He is.....your "how much money do you have to spend on his services" side...

irwin Pollack was aggressive but had my best interest in mind. He makes things clear and understandable and gives one the confidence that things will be worked out in a fair and competant manner. irwin handels difficult situations exceedingly well. hard to imagine better representation.

Irwin POlack cares about my children. He fought for me. He is a little expensive, but he got the job done.

He reminded me that divorce, while filled with emotion, is a buisness matter that must be resolved. This kept me from making poor decisions that would have potentially hurt my case in the long run. He called me at 7:15am on a Saturday which made me realize that this attorney was going to work hard - day or night - to represent me.
