Without hesitation, I would recommend the legal services of Attorney Marianne Pantelakis.
She is caring, tenacious and an excellent negotiator who is always putting her client first.
Attorney Pantelakis helped me through a very difficult time in my life. She was there for me when I really needed her. She's a great lawyer and a great person. If I ever need a lawyer again (hope I don't) I will call her.
This was my atty for my divorce/child custody battle. She forgets what she is told. She is moody and screamed at me often to the point where I was brought to tears in public places ( phone calls).. The worst was that she has been communicating with my ex through email and phone calls without telling me what they were discussing when I asked, and refusing to send me copies of the emails she received. She refused to speak to me for several months without stating a reason.. She would not allow me access to my file. She recently, without warning, abandoned me in the middle of a child custody action brought by my ex. She doesn't listen or believe anything you say - even with proof. She failed to file paperwork and made deals with my ex's atty behind my back. She made promises she didn't keep . She is mean and vicious with a terrible "rage"(her words) . She is better suited to real estate. She is self-preserving without any thought for one's feelings. If you are depressed, sad, lonely and suffering horribly - don't hire her -
We went to court and the atty could not recall even the basic facts of my case. She said "staph" instead of "strep".She called other attorney's "sister". She does the minimum. The more money you have, the more she charges. She is not a go-getter as her friend wrote. She screamed at us as we left her office, and fought with us on her stoop outside. We would not hire her again.
