If your friend has a Rolex watch and she said she found it but doesn't have her ID and you sell it to the pawn shop what happens
I was approached by a friend she said she found a Rolex watch and she doesn't have her ID because I have an ID I took it to the pawn shop and sold it to them what happens to me is first charges or punishment
It is certainly possible that you could end up charged with receiving stolen property. Pawnshop owners are legally required to check all new purchases against lists of stolen goods.
It's very hard to believe that you bought the story about no ID and thought your friend was in legal possession of the watch. If you had thought she came by the watch legitimately, why would you have gone on the web to ask lawyers what could happen to you?
