If there was evidence of past abuse & extra marital relations but everything now is calm would there still be grounds to divorce
Physical abuse has been few and far between. Mental abuse has been continual. There’s evidence of an emotional affair, but nothing more to my knowledge.
You can pursue a divorce in the grounds of general indignities. Essentially offering that such indignities to the person by the other render his or her condition intolerable.
