If I sent in the emancipation papers to my local courthouse do I HAVE to currently have a job when I send them?
I'm almost 17 years old I have two more months, I'm currently in a residential program, my mom doesn't take part in my treatment and has only come to see me once in the 8 months I've been there. I am currently waiting to hear back about a job interview I had. I do have multiple places to stay but my mom won't let me leave. I just can't bare staying where I am any longer.
