I recently signed contract. The Oregon workman’s I want canceling was screwed

I signed my settlement the paperwork they put together. The lawyer didn’t fight hard since I was waiting the decision 827 to add neck. Which needs a new disc. The doctor who checked my shoulder said tendon calcification. The mri shows tears and they are not recovering. There’s nerve issue from neck. Can a lawyer a new fight for me since I don’t have insurance bad neck and pain. I have doctor bills. my neck causes burning down my arm. I never got a chance to do nerve test that is next week on Monday. My book publishers lawyer team is reading the documents.

If you have “settled” your case that ordinarily means that your case is finished and you cannot reopen it to get additional benefits for a lingering injury. You had better take your “settlement” paperwork to a local workers’ comp lawyer immediately so you can find out what you have done.
