I was sitting in my car with my wife and friend when a cop blocked us in our parking spot.I was at a local hotel,we were guest.I noticed him in my rear view,I got out to show him my room key,it was 1230 am.He gets out and says everyone get outwith id’s, we did.Wife asked why he was doing this,he said theres a lot of break ins in the area.3 more officers showed up.After running our id’s he said I smell pot,not wanting anyone to be in trouble I said I had some in the back seat. Im a U.S.M.C. Vet, it was my personal use.He began to search,then he turns to me and says I dare you to run!What?I had been 100%honest and now he’s threatening me.Iwas read my rights and taken to jail.Iwas indicted Apr of 18,by a judge who used to date my wife.After this I was in court 6 times where I turned down the da’s deal.I wanted a trial but pub def said he would convict me if he was a jury,so I plead in Oct under Alford.isnt the pot inadmissible, Mann v Ohio?is the plea legal if the da left out any of the mandatory questions?Do u see a therapist or psychiatrist was left out, I see both.Iplead in front of judge 2times,1st da couldn’t stop laughing and was relieved.do I have a case 4 habeas corpus
