Can a property manager deny you the right to speak to the owner especially if your complaint is on them?
The property manager of the one family home is always picking on me when I moved in six years ago there was a different property manager and she explained everything that I can have and cannot have in my yard the new manager wants to discredit everything that was told to me even saying things like it wasn’t put in writing word of mouth will not hold in court even saying things like it will be your word against mines I also have witnesses who had herd her say these things I also have witnesses that was there that herd my old property manager say how much yard I have and I can have things for my children in thee yard I’m getting worried because i love my home my rent gets paid on time I don’t bother anyone I just will like to enjoy my yard like I was told that I could and I feel my property manager is abusing her authority and I don’t want to lose my home please help me also can a property manager tell you what toys you can’t have in the yard for the children
