Zachary Jonathan Kelman

I am currently involved in an ongoing dispute that Kelman is supposed to be handling, and while he has presented himself as a trustworthy person, his actions have shown that he has a highly questionable moral code. In a transaction that he has been brokering between us and another party, Kelman st...ated exact dollar amounts for a given contract, which we agreed to. In a follow-up call, he confirmed that the other party agreed to the deal, and that he would write up the contract and send it to us. When we received the contract, Kelman said in an e-mail that there was a "miscommunication" about the dollar amounts and that now the offer was completely different from the previous agreed upon amount. On a separate occasion, our party communicated an offer to Kelman, who said he would relay the offer to the other party. He then called back, saying that he made the offer and that the other party had refused it. When speaking to the other party directly a week later, the other party stated that Kelman had never relayed the offer as it was stated by our party. When we followed up with Kelman on this issue, Kelman replied that we had "never given him dollar amounts," as an excuse for why he didn't properly communicate the offer to the other party. Kelman has refused to take responsibility for any of these occasions. He appears very inexperienced, and I do not recommend his practice to anybody with alternative.
