SCOTUS did not hear void for vagueness and substantive due process Constitutional challenges in appeals. Rule of Law forces attorney to accept result despite errors of federal and state actors. All vigorous litigators run risk of contempt by trial judges but this was first ever in my career.”

“Arose out of fee dispute with former client in litigated commercial property foreclosure. Litigation settled in 2007 but client defaulted again in 2008 and lost property. Fee dispute arose after that and had nothing to do with client's prior defaults dating to 2006. Entire fee never collected despite vigorous work efforts. Attorney also appealed in this matter.”
