I highly recommend Mr. Groh if you find yourself in need of an employment law attorney!

William was an absolute joy to work with and provided me with lots of background information while maintaining an abundance of patience while working with a first-timer. Employment law can be quite the labyrinth, and Mr. Groh always explained every step clearly and offered several options and alterna...te strategies or points of view. My desired outcome was achieved, and I highly recommend Mr. Groh if you find yourself in need of an employment law attorney!

Knowledgeable Results Driven Legal Help

Our family purchased a company and later found out that multiple critical accounting entries were either incorrect or falsified. The seller then stone walled our attempts to talk through these discovered large accounting issues and refused to talk. The firm Thomas P Howard answered my Saturday requ...est for consultation email within hours. After the initial free consultation I hired the firm and quickly had Will assigned to my case due to the contract law aspects. The seller kept trying to stonewall the initial filings, but the legal deadlines would very slowly creep up and force answers and eventually resulted in a balanced settlement. Yes, legal fees may seem daunting due to the high hourly rate, but Will always billed the hours correctly. I believe that they bill in 6 min increments. So if we had a very short update call, I would only see 0.10 hours on my bill for those 6 mins. Don't get me wrong, the fees still add up, but at least you know it is fair and at least you know that you are getting quality service. At many points in the litigation Will and I would review the path forward. He would clearly explain risk, costs, and likely results. Will would suggest the path forward he felt was best, many times that was a quicker settlement which would have meant less legal fess but he felt that it was right. They allowed me to perform much of the background research and data finding for my case, but had others that could have performed these tasks. They always had suggested path forward plans, but if I wished to push certain issues, they would progress my path forward. If your reading this review you probably at least need a consultation. Legal issues suck and I would try to work it out on your own. But if a lawyer is needed, you will want Bill Groh or someone of his caliber on your side.

Great Attorney. Highly Recommended.

Cannot say enough wonderful things about Bill. Highly efficient. Readily available. Great balance of understanding big picture while not compromising any details.

Best Experience. TOP SHELF!

I had a long time employee decide to start doing side jobs for himself and started steeling my business and customers. It was devastating to my business to say the least. On top of that, the case was complex due to the laws here in Colorado. I consulted with a few attorneys and none of them seemed to... be confident enough to take my case. I spoke to a friend of mine and he referred me to William Groh at Thomas P. Howard Law. I called and immediately knew I was talking to the right person. He was very well spoken and seemed to know everything about my case as if it had happened to him personally. William or “Bill” as I now call him took my case and litigated it for over a year. In that time I got to know Bill and was very thankful that my friend referred him to me. He really cares about what he is doing and gives it every bit of his attention. I am very pleased with the work that Bill Groh has done for my company. It is also nice to know that from now on I have an attorney that I can trust. If you are looking for a great attorney that knows his stuff and actually cares about what he is doing, I highly recommend Bill Groh.

"I've known Bill for several years, and he's an outstanding attorney. Bill is the classic "litigator." I've turned to him many times to consult with him on a court matter, and I've always found him to be knowledgable, helpful and creative. He's an extraordinarily honest attorney and very honest. Any client would be well-advised to go with Bill."
