Mr Carl helped me in 2018 in a case where I was charged with, among other charges, reckless driving. I have severe, military related, PTSD symptoms at times. One thing that makes him unique is the fact that he’s been disciplined! He’s been on both sides so to speak so he’s not judging you he doesn’t hold himself above you and he ultimately is a damn good attorney. So good that even after he was an opposing party’s attorney, when I went through a different... case with another case I cane and consulted with him because HE IS THE BEST and when it comes to children and custody he truly does his best. billy has been on both sides of the law. he will go above and beyond what is expected, and you will see that when you see him go out of his way and it absolutely shows in his work. he is the father of my twins and my exhusband. but he has my back and is there for me even after i was gone for couple ...years he was there and only wanted what was best for boys. I share this because people are so judgemental when not aware of details and i just want his true characteristics seen and respected.

So as im sure you've seen this guy has been disciplined a couple time once in 2010 and once again in 2012.
