Wesley D. Wakeford

I was referred to Wesley Wakeford in the fall of 2007 by a retiring personal injury attorney that did not have adequate time to devote to my case. I had recently been hit by a car and in addition to suffering from nerve damage, trauma and not being able to work, the insurance companies were unwillin...g to compensate me for my medical bills and associated expenses due to a discrepancy in the police report. I needed to find an expert to assist me with navigating the case and Mr. Wakeford came highly recommended. Despite my lack of financial resources Wesley was wiling to work with me and saw to it that I was able to receive consistent medical care by arranging a lien for services with my various healthcare providers. This ability to receive regular, ongoing medical attention allowed me to fully recover from the accident and years later I am confident that I received both the best healthcare and legal assistance possible. I found it pleasurable working with Wesley Wakeford as he was the first really good lawyer that I've ever met. Most of the legal professionals seemed, politically biased, semi-professional, and arrogant. I would think that such an important service would attract the most highly rated, professional p...eople. Unfortunately that is not always the case. My experience with Mr. Wakeford gave me a new view of the world of law. While I'm sure he did not make a great deal of money with my case; not once did I get the impression that I was not as important as the next client. Mr. Wakeford worked very hard to assist me in getting through the process as easily as possible. My automobile accident left me injured, angry, and confused but with the help of The Wakeford Firm things got sorted out in a clear and equitable manner. I also find it very interesting that Wes was there to guide me through Doctor Visits, car rentals, insurance matters and settlement negotiations.
