Wei Wei Jeang

Wei Wei (pronounced Wā Wā, as in she is way way out there) works closely with clients who develop innovative solutions and products in many different areas of technology, including telecommunications, cloud computing and services, computer hardware and software, electrical and electronic circuits, Internet-based online systems, information technology systems and methodology, electronic device networking and control systems, medical devices, optical sensors, retail display devices, mechanical components and devices, etc. Wei Wei assists clients in obtaining patent protection, licensing patent portfolios, and enforcing those patents. Her clients range from solo inventors, to tech start-ups, to Fortune 100 companies. Wei Wei considers one of the most exciting parts of her work to be devising an intellectual property strategy for a new product or offering for her client, incorporating all available tools in the toolkit - design and utility patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets. Wei Wei is registered to practice patent law before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office since 1988. 

Outside of law, Wei Wei and her husband, Keith, own and operate a historic fishing lodge in Alaska, Gwin's Lodge. It's a long story as to how they came to acquire this lovely log roadhouse sitting on five acres in the middle of a national forest on the Kenai Peninsula by the famous salmon river, the Kenai, but suffice it to say it was love at first sight. Wei Wei serves as General Counsel for Gwin's Resorts LLC, which operates Gwin's Lodge, including a restaurant, a tackle/gift shop, and seventeen cabins for rent.
