Wade Nelson Lamb

I submitted a review of Wade Lamb and it was rejected due to lack of factual details of unethical behavior. Now this may explain why there are no other reviews of Wade. I wish there had been. This is a case involving settling the estate of the sudden death of my father who passed without a will. I w...ould have certainly appreciated any indication that Wade may be prone to disappearing and abandoning a client. The last e-mail I received from him was on January 3, 2019 at 2:32 am. Our case is not closed. We were forced to hire a new lawyer. We have attempted to reach him via phone, text, email and written letter. No reply. In his last e-mail he told us that our opposing party's attorney's office was closed from Dec 24th -Jan 2nd. We have confirmed with this law office that this is untrue. This particular law office was only closed on Christmas eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve and New Years Day. He also told us that he had sent an e-mail addressing several items from the opposing attorney. However, the opposing attorney had not heard from Wade since December 23rd and was still waiting for HIS response. The work he did do was thorough. However, his failure to respond has cost us greatly especially during a time when we are dealing with significant grief.
