Virginia Bond

It's been several years since I hired Virginia Bond to represent me. Her tactic used was to hook you for the retainer fee and let the case drop. ( alterior motive; money) Philip Wilson was her assistant/slave to whom she used on personal level as was business. From her landscaping to clients with lit...tle to no compensation. This woman is self serving with one motive in mind. Catch and release. Catch the retainer then release the client. My case was a win win without Virginia Bond. I was not concerned as I had already filed the custody agreement and all initial proceedings myself with a legal aid I have in the family. Philip Wilson eventually quit Bond & Law after repeatedly witnessing her crooked, greedy, and vindictive behaviors towards her own desperate clients. Humans who don't have souls should not be granted a license to help people in distress. The large sums of money obtained by Virginia were just that. Just a collection plate. She should absolutely be disbarred from any legal practices.

Anyone on here that wants to come forward and file complaint to the bar let me know? This lady has jeopardized my son's safety by me finding out 5 years after my divorce that she let my ex s lawyer put strict compliance on my decree??? I was getting a divorce because my ex strangled me almost to deat...h abuses me severely and my son why would a person do this without my knowledge??? Now my son is getting abused and I'm trying to protect him but guess what I found it that there strict compliance on my case so I can't show any of my ex s convictions or domestic violence history or the strangulation charge so courts think he's no risk!! He burned my kid and tried to protect him for that I got 27 counts of contempt threatening jail time 2 years supervised probation!!! For not sending my kid back. My ex got a plea deal for burning his son he got disturbing the peace charge all do to this lawyer allowing strict compliance she did nothing for me in my case she did not represent me right as a domestic violence survivor she did nothing to protect my child allowing this strict compliance has ruined my life and my son's life and the worst part I never knew it was there so idk how this is legal without the other party knowing about it. So lots if stuff on the decree I never agreed upon or reviewed and signed. So now I'm just stuck with this my son is stuck with this for the rest of his life he will be abused because I cannot prove it to the court!!! This is complete corruption!!!!

Unlike these suckers before anything went to court, i easily saw Virginia Bond was a real garbage truck of an attourney. Took over 2 days to contact me back when assigned as council, made me wait outside for an hour while we had out 'meeting' and as everyone else shes just doing it for the paycheck a...nd not even remotely trying to be an defender. LITERALLY DOG WATER

After payment was made it was almost impossible to get a hold of Virginia. During court hearings she would call in over phone rather than show up. She did little to nothing to review my case and represent me in a professional manner. During sentencing she made derogatory remarks about me which total...ly caught me off guard since she was supposed to be representing me. All Virginia did was make things worse for me and I received the maximum sentence which should've been an easily beatable case.
