Vincent P. Nolan

Perhaps there was a day when Mr. Nolan was more attentive and aggressive; however, that was not my experience with him. He basically did not spend the time to properly review my information to gain a thorough understanding of the issue. This was even after I had sent him a very detailed summary whi...ch was apparent that he did not read in my conversation with him. In short, he basically is a part-time attorney with no support staff and is not equipped, nor seems interested in giving proper attention a client should receive. My case was reviewed by another attorney who actually listened to the points I was trying to make with Mr. Nolan, and their advice and handling of my case enabled my prevailing in my dispute, and I received three times what I had been offered before. The fees I paid Mr. Nolan were a waste of my money, and I wish I could get it back.
