Property Sale

Mr. Leung managed the legal aspects of a sale of our rental property. He was thorough in the details, prompt in his replies, and cordial and competent throughout the process. Not only did he advocate for my interests in the sale, but he did a good job of managing my expectations and assumptions of ...how the law works.

Great Attorney!

Attorney Leung was a great lawyer for my fiancé and I who just purchased a house. All of our questions were always answered and Attorney Leung always took the time to explain things to us. He understood this was our first time buying a house and had patience with us while we went through this process.... He always responded quickly and kept us in the loop regarding new information. He made sure that we understood every part of the process of purchasing a home and made sure that we did not feel overwhelmed. He is very friendly and professional and we would highly recommend him to anyone!

Great Job on Condo Sale

Vince was hired to perform the transactions on the sale and purchase of my condos, which were my family's homes. He handled both transactions very well, was quick to respond, and easy to get in touch with via e-mail and text. Vince acquired multiple contract extensions when needed (without botherin...g me) and negotiated with our realator for us to move into our new condo before we got the clear to close letter from our lender (true story)! Yes, my 3mo. old baby could have been homeless without Vince on our team, I highly recommend.

Great Eplainer

Vince was great for our first home purchase and walked us through some of the finer points of our non-traditional closing. Great to work with and look forward to working with him in the future!
