Top-notch attorney

Vince was nothing short of outstanding. I've worked with other real estate attorneys in the past but none of them compared to Vince. He was extremely attentive, patient, and knowledgeable. I really appreciated that I was able to communicate directly with him and that he was always available to answe...r any of my questions. At every step of the process I felt a sense of relief because we knew Vince was on top of things. It also didn't hurt that he helped us negotiate a pretty large credit from the sellers during our purchase! I highly recommend him and will definitely be using him for all of my future real estate transactions.

Best real estate attorney in the business

After hiring a different attorney to handle my condo purchase and realizing he was dropping the ball in every way, Vince swooped in and saved the deal. Not only is he efficient and knowledgeable but he also is quick to respond to any question or concern. I was also impressed by the way he dealt with ...the seller’s very unpleasant attorney. He stood firm and handled the entire situation with incredible professionalism. I will never hire anyone besides Vince for my future real estate deals. He truly is the best!

Unbelievable help

Excellent

Vince represented us during our closing. He is excellent! He is incredibly helpful, hands-on, efficient, thorough, communicative and most importantly, personable. He helped explain the closing process, made sure that every box was checked and made sure we understood and agreed to all the terms and co...nditions. He ensured that every question was answered and even read our HOA by-laws to answer some of our questions. He is dedicated and worked at all hours to help solidify a smooth closing. I would recommend and refer him 100%!
