Home Sale Attorney

Vincent was a great attorney on the sale of our home. He was very responsive to inquiries from us, and did a nice job helping us prepare requested documentation for the other constituents as we neared our closing date (i.e. title, buyers agent, etc.). Will definitely recommend to friends and family...! Thanks Vincent!

Great Job on Condo Sale

Vince was hired to perform the transactions on the sale and purchase of my condos, which were my family's homes. He handled both transactions very well, was quick to respond, and easy to get in touch with via e-mail and text. Vince acquired multiple contract extensions when needed (without botherin...g me) and negotiated with our realator for us to move into our new condo before we got the clear to close letter from our lender (true story)! Yes, my 3mo. old baby could have been homeless without Vince on our team, I highly recommend.

Great Attorney

Attorney on a Sale

Vince was great to work with on the sale of my first condo. We had a few hiccups to get to the closing -- a cancelled first contract and a pending lawsuit against the building management company and association -- and he worked seamlessly through both those issues. He was always available to answer... questions. We have another condo for sale and already plan on using him for that and our next buy.
