My practice consists mainly of transactional real estate matters. I have assisted both purchasers and sellers throughout Chicago and the surrounding suburbs. I love working with first time home buyers, small developers with their projects from the ground up, and real estate investors purchasing flips or multi-family properties. (I'm still actively practicing law but no longer rely on this platform for reviews.)

Close sale of condo
Vince handled the legal documentation for the sale of my condo in Chicago. Given I am located remotely in Milwaukee, Vince made it very convenient for me, handling the close meeting itself, and the majority of the correspondence with all the key parties.
