My practice consists mainly of transactional real estate matters. I have assisted both purchasers and sellers throughout Chicago and the surrounding suburbs. I love working with first time home buyers, small developers with their projects from the ground up, and real estate investors purchasing flips or multi-family properties. (I'm still actively practicing law but no longer rely on this platform for reviews.)

Attorney on a Sale
Vince was great to work with on the sale of my first condo. We had a few hiccups to get to the closing -- a cancelled first contract and a pending lawsuit against the building management company and association -- and he worked seamlessly through both those issues.
