Victor Felix Rodriguez

Victor F. Rodriguez was the Chief Associate Litigation Attorney with The Law Offices of Walter F. Benenati. Beginning in 2009, Mr. Rodriguez began his career working for the Firm playing an integral role in the growth of the Firm by promoting and emphasizing the Firm's commitment to maintaining a high level standard of professionalism centered on meeting the needs of our clients—a commitment that continues today. His position with the firm ended in April of 2016.

Mr. Rodriguez is a tireless worker with hands on knowledgeable legal experience in the fields of Foreclosure Defense, Debt Harassment, Consumer and Business Bankruptcy, Debt Negotiation and Loan Modifications.

Mr. Rodriguez graduated with honors from the University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. He went on to study law at Barry University School of Law, Dwayne O' Andreas in Orlando, Florida. Mr. Rodriguez excelled in law school, where he earned "Book Awards," an award given to the student with highest grade in their class, in Contracts, Federal Civil Procedure II, Family Law and Bankruptcy to name a few. At Barry, Mr. Rodriguez served two- years as a member of Barry University's Moot Court Honors Board where he competed nationally in various competitions against top law schools from across the United States. Notably, in 2013, Mr. Rodriguez earned "Best Brief" and a distinction for his oral advocacy at the Puerto Rican Bar Moot Court Competition in Miami, Florida, judged by various sitting federal and state judges. Mr. Rodriguez went on to earn his Juris Doctorate from Barry University in May of 2014.

Today, Mr. Rodriguez has been admitted to practice and is a member of the Bar for the State of Florida, the U.S. District Court, Middle District of Florida and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Middle District of Florida. He is a person of high integrity and a relentless motor to advocate on behalf of his clients. He will do the same for you.
