Venisha D. Arnold

Venisha Arnold is a Houston, Texas native who graduated Magna Cum Laude (3.5+ GPA) from Lutheran South Academy and received her bachelor’s degree in Journalism from University of Houston Main Campus.
Venisha followed in her Father’s footsteps and attended Texas Southern University's Thurgood Marshall School of Law.
Before beginning her legal career, Venisha worked for media companies such as ESPN, Fox Sports Net, CBS Radio, ABC 13 and franchises in the NBA and NFL. She also worked/interned in the Harris County District Attorney's Office in her hometown. Venisha is licensed to practice law in Washington DC and Texas. In addition to her legal career, Venisha is a fitness enthusiast and she enjoys traveling. One of her favorite sayings is "NEVER SETTLE!” In 2017 she founded the 501(c)3 non-profit foundation Persistence is The Key, which is an organization that concentrates on promoting high academic achievement and humanitarian issues. In late 2020 Venisha launched a podcast named after her nonprofit called “Persistence is The Key! The Podcast", where she provides a platform by sharing stories of inspiring individuals who used persistence to overcome obstacles and difficulties to accomplish their goals and win in life! Then in late 2022 in memoriam to her Father Venisha started THE ARNOLD Foundation/Henry’s Place a scholarship fund.

Venisha credits her success to her Faith in God and having very supportive parents.
