In July of 2017, I had engine trouble driving on I-64 in VA and was forced to accelerate my car in order to make it up hills and get to the next rest area. I was pulled over by a cop, but instead of providing much needed assistance in an already stressful situation, the officer instead screamed at me..., forced me out of my car, and gave me a ridiculous and undeserved "reckless driving" charge. I do wish the instructions on how to complete the online course were a little more clear, and this took some clarification. But overall I was very happy with the service I received, and grateful that any dramatic consequences were avoided.
