I'm having to file a grievance against Kevin. He abandoned my case (even though I still had retainer funds remaining), the judge sanctioned me because he wouldn't respond (he didn't tell me about that, either), and he kept money for himself that was supposed to go to the psychologist assigned to the ...

The Vanishing Attorney
Kevin showed up late to my one and only court date. Was non responsive to opposition attorney. He did not answer any voice mail messages and in one email promised to refund my retainer but has since vanished to who knows where. Also never responded to a bar complaint which I filed . HE IS A SWIND...

This man is a crook!
This man took my case on and then never would follow up in a timely manner. He ended up abandoning my case, resulting in a default order against me. I was not even aware that a hearing was scheduled. I lost thousands of dollars to this crook. Do not use him EVER!
