Criminal Driving While Suspended in Clackamas County, Oregon

Case was dismissed

From Three Criminal Charges to Zero Convictions

Failure to Perform the Duties of a Driver was dismissed. Upon complying with the terms of the DUII Diversion program and the Reckless Set Over program, the DUII and Reckless Charges will also be dismiss. Client will still have no criminal history.
