Toni Castaneda

Ms. Toni Castaneda represented me in my dissolution of marriage case. Her patience and sound judgment were key in getting me through that emotionally-charged time. She readily listened to my concerns and expectations but always managed to guide me back to a point of focus and reason. I expected Ms.... Castaneda to have strong legal knowledge and experience–she did. I expected Ms. Castaneda to look out for my interests–she did. I expected Ms. Castaneda’s fees to be reasonable and given to me up front–they were. What I did not expect was her willingness to consistently go the extra mile for me as the dissolution process unfolded. She was prompt in responding to my calls and numerous e-mails. She patiently and clearly explained the legal steps I had to go through. At some point it became clear that reconciliation was a strong possibility for my husband and me. He and his attorney then parted company. She pointed us in the right legal direction and we took it from there--initially suspending the dissolution, then stopping it entirely. Three years have gone by and my husband and I are together and happily so. He and I both agree that Ms. Castaneda was instrumental in facilitating our reconciliation.
