Toni gave our family valuable knowledge, guidance, and direction in a child custody case. We were so blessed that she took our case and listened to our concerns. I was referred to Toni by the Bar Association, when I was utterly frustrated by the previous three - supposedly some of the best in town - attorneys, losing custody of my son, and completely broke. She was the first one to competently and firmly stand up to the opposing attorney whom everyone in the Seattle judicial system knows as an unscrupulous bully. Toni brought a personal touch to my case, and I felt protected and stronger for the first time. I could tell she was thinking of me as a person and truly took my situation to heart, trying to help any way she could. To top it all off, she charged a truly reasonable fee, taking into account my dire situation. In the end, the divorce and custody settlement gave me everything I needed. Toni has been my attorney since 10-2001. I had a very complicated divorce with children. My ex-husband did everything he could to make me out to be an unfit mother. In that year, my ex went through 3 lawyers. Toni was my one and only. She was fabulous!!! My divorce was final in 10-2002. About ...5 years later, my ex tried to get custody of my children by making false accusations. In the end, after 1 1/2 years, 11 day trial, dealing with police detectives in two counties, polygraph tests and numerous witnesses. The lyes didin't work and Toni did her magic again. She is very devoted, straight forward and more importantly, honest. She will not waste your time or hers. It is not about the money for her, rather the justice.
