Tomi Lynn Hanson

Upon having my initial meeting with Tomi I was beyond impressed, relieved and happy that she did not pass any judgement on my situation rather she was very empathic. She did not give me false hope in a very upsetting modification of parenting time, she reassured me that she would work her hardest fo...r me to be able to resume a normal parenting schedule with my son. She was very thorough about all the legal process, explaining things in detail to me about different court orders, legal terms, etc. I did not expect us to end up going to trial but Tomi powered through all of the mediations, random filings from opposing counsel and the barrage that my son's father was putting me through, all culminating into a 8.5 hour trial. During trial she did AMAZING!! I do not think the outcome would have been the same without her amazing workmanship, constant hours of research and planning and her fighting for what was fair. She has always been very timely with documents and time sensitive material. I have actually recommended her to my clients and will continue to do so!
