My husband hired Timothy Ghobrial for a move away/child custody case. Mr. Ghobrial was professional, knowledgeable and overall just great. He answered any questions my husband had and explained everything that was going on with the case. He is affordable, in which my husband was really worried about.... My husband was very happy with Mr. Ghobrial during the whole process and the outcome. He would highly recommend Mr. Ghobrial to anyone who looking for legal advice and representation.

Timothy is excellent at acquiring your business by acting empathetic and that’s pretty much where the good deeds end. He was hired by me to file a restraining order - a very simple task. After he got the $1500 retainer - he was hard to reach. I terminated my relationship with him on 5-14-20 and he ...has yet to refund me my money owed and remainder of retainer. Timothy is hard to reach, does not answer emails, phone calls or texts and when he does is filled with excuses such as ups and FedEx are closed... statements that make no sense. I have been extremely patient trying to work with him as a professional. I have to take this issue to the board just to get my refund. Please be cautious of these issues of hiring Timothy.

Timothy was genuinely interested in my case he listen to everything attentively. He answered all my questions and explained what I didn't understand. He asked all the right questions to learn of the case. I could tell he was genuinely concerned.  He returned every call and would call me to discuss ...more of the case. He explained he could not take the case do to the complexity of the case however he did recommend options for me to persue, I appreciate his honesty and all his effort and the time he spent with me ..... on what is usually a one hour consultation he spent several hours over the course of a few days with me.
