Timothy H. Twofoot Boulette, Esq. is General Counsel at the New York State Society of CPAs (NYCPA), where he oversees legal and governance matters across a multi-entity structure spanning 501(c)(6), 501(c)(3), and 527 organizations. His transactional work included a $28 million stock sale merger, commercial real estate financings exceeding $8 million, and a wide range of supplier, manufacturing, and technology agreements for commercial and nonprofit clients. He also supervised and mentored associate attorneys throughout his time as a partner.
With nearly thirty years of legal practice, Mr. Boulette brings particular depth in nonprofit and multi-entity governance, corporate transactions, and technology and intellectual property law. He is admitted to practice in New York and Maine, with Connecticut admission pending.
Beyond his legal practice, Mr. Boulette holds a BA in Music from Brown University and has served as a Trustee of the Portland Symphony Orchestra, including leading a national search for the orchestra's Music Director.
