Trust Litigation
Mr. Lan is a very smart and experienced attorney who did an excellent job on my trust litigation where I served as trustee of the trust involving complicated trust accounting, fiduciary duty, and tax issues.
"I endorse this lawyer. Tim is an excellent estate planning and probate attorney with impeccable credentials and education. In addition to his law degree from USC Tim has a Masters Degree in Business Taxation (MBT) from USC. He is a Certified Specialist in Estate Planning and Probate by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization. A few years ago, I had the good fortune to work with Tim on a couple of high exposure estate disputes that found their way into the probate department of the Superior Court. Tim was well respected by the probate examiners and judges and commissioners assigned to probate matters. Moreover, Tim is an expert on drafting revocable (living) trusts, nonrevocable trusts, and wills. Whenever I need assistance on trust and estate planning issues, Tim is the first attorney I contact. Do not be fooled by Tim's boyish appearance, he knows his stuff."
