Good morning i can’t give Ms Sloan anything but praise here i first reached out to Ms. Sloan in January of 2021 i originally wanted her help setting up a living Trust account for myself and Ms. Sloan was great with explaining how the living trust would work and i also read a lot on my own she had men...tioned in one of our conversations that a Able Account would be most suited for me i did hear about that account on one of my Social media platforms and when she mentioned it i finally decided to do a little reading about it and i decided that was the one for me but i had a lot of questions about this type of account and how it would work i must say she listened took notes and came back during our 2 nd meeting and answered all my questions and it took her no time at all to set up the account for me this last time i hired her was to create a healthcare Proxy final will and testament and financial power of Attorney again she was great this was a lot more complicated than opening and setting up the D C Able account and i didn’t add the Financial Power of Attorney till a little later but she was very thorough with her knowledge of the law this Project took Ms. Sloan quite a few weeks to complete and i know i didn’t make it easy for her with my edits but she was always professional and understanding and every time we spoke i knew i was in good hands when the project was completed she shipped it to me and it was very nicely presented i’am very sorry i didn’t get to meet her in person because of Covid for one also because her work load is very hectic if you need an Estate Planing Attorney you can do no better than Ms. Tiffani Sloan I’m actually waiting for her work Schedule to free up some so i can meet her in person and give her a proper thanks what she has done for me money cannot repay or do her justice she is a credit to her profession

Ms. Sloan drafted a will, living trust and couple of different powers of attorney for me and my husband. She was very thorough. She explained all of our options to us to make sure we understood the results and tax benefits. Overall a great experience and we now have peace of mind that everything is i...n order for our family.
