I would never recommend any one to this firm.she never returns your calls, her staff can never tell you anything about your case, they will switch you over to a recording saying that she is unavailable.its been a month and yet have I receive any info on my case, nor have she returned my calls.dont wa...ste your time.

I never had a lawyer that never assign clients to a case worker to be able to answer questions when she is not available, which I understand lawyers don't have too much time. But give me someone in the office who can answer questions and give me an update in what is going on in the case. Tesha never ...return calls or emails & I know she has the most updated cellular phone that she can see her emails when ever, how ever they come through and still do not respond back. She is a poor excuse as a lawyer will never use or recommend her to no one not even a dog.

I was extremely disappointed in the service that Ms. Tesha Clemmons provided in my case. She gave me poor represenation or more like none at all for the amount I paid her.The only time I routinely heard from her office was when they wanted an increase in the retainer that kept going up. I didn't fee...l like she had my interest at heart or a client in anyway. This cost me significant dollars, and Ms. Clemmons office did not even respond to my Ex-wife attorney's requests for paperwork and files so that we could have ended the marriage in 2012 instead of 2013, I had to depend on my ex's attorney to complete the divorce.

She advised me to stop paying monies to my ex-husband that later created a situation where I was in default of the agreeme...nt.The only time I routinely heard from her office was when they wanted an increase in the retainer for funds. When I interacted with her staff, they threatened to fire me if I didn't pay more money. Overall, I felt like her staff was very unprofessional in their behavior. I did not feel like a "client" in any capacity. When I hired her, I didn't do much research of attorneys in the Atlanta area so I should have done more. I eventually researched leading attorneys in family law in the Atlanta area and hired another attorney and started all over. This cost me significant dollars, and Ms. Clemmons office did not even respond to my current attorney's requests for paperwork and files that had already been drawn up nor returned any calls to the current attorney.
