very nice guy, but dont you want a lawyer
met with him last year for custody fight with ex husband. he was fiddling with his hands and gave very little feedback on what he could do to prevent me from losing my property in whitesburg, he thought i should just sell it. i asked around town and was told i'd be better off to hire someone else.

He Took My Money and Did Little to Represent Me In Court
He took my money ( a lot ) and when we went to court, did very little to represent me. I lost in almost everything in my divorce. I would have been better off representing myself in court. He seemed more concerned about trying to be cocky and show- boating in court than he did about me, his client. ...

Extremely competent and knowledgeable

More concerned about getting along than representing me
Mr. Drake allowed me to sign a divorce decree that was very incomplete leading to years of on going court battles. He was so concerned about getting along with the opposing council that he did not look out for the interests of his client.
