Talin Haroutunian

Talin operates a virtual law firm where she provides business acumen and legal counsel to clients.  Talin's practice includes intellectual property, general business/corporate law, employment,  international trade and finance.  

Among other  things, Talin counsels clients on:

• brand protection, including worldwide trademark and copyright application filings, cease and desist letter drafting and responding
• labor law, including drafting of employee policies and employment handbooks,
• general business matters, including corporate governance, drafting business agreements, representing business enterprises including corporations, LLCs, sole proprietorships, and drafting confidentiality agreements, employment agreements, sales agreements, distribution and licensing agreements, and master agency agreements. Talin maintains her clients' corporate records, and for clients with international operations, drafts appropriate agreements, provides counsel on international issues and foreign law
• Litigation support, including hiring and managing outside counsel on an as needed basis.

Talin's international experience includes business dealings in Russia (trade) and China (intellectual property).

• restaurant/food & beverage
• banking

Prior to establishing her own firm, Talin was a Bank and Finance Associate at Buchalter Nemer in Los Angeles

Talin is currently barred in California and the District of Columbia.  She earned her J.D. from Loyola Law School where she was Executive Editor of the Entertainment Law Review.
