So hubby had a bill from a hospital that we were contacted about for a past due balance. Thankfully it is almost paid off. She worked with us for an affordable payment plan that didn’t break the bank, nor stress us out or charge us interest. The entire office staff has been amazing and kind and suppo...rtive. Hubby has lost his job a few years back, don’t even recall the bill until we received the letter from this attorney. Yes, she did initially ask for a much higher payment but we explained that we couldn’t afford that and so an agreement was reached and as long as we didn’t miss any payments and we made the payment within the 30 days she would not charge interest. She was extremely kind and helpful and I know I have repeated myself but after reading the other horrible reviews I just wanted to stress that we didn’t experience any of that from her or her staff. I would recommend her to anyone.

I still don't get these attorneys who have nothing better to do than go after people who make barely about 35K per year and sometimes less..I'd LOVE to make 75 or 80K, which after taxes, still isn't great...but I digress...I understand she is affiliated with GLA, another bothersome company hounding f...olks for a $200 Norton bill...and is she deliberately trying to be Ann Oldfather 2.0? Anywho, just because insurance doesn't pay something or a job change occurs, doesn't mean someone automatically has the money to just throw at Norton, Baptist, UofL, etc. And the question below about did you hire or consult this person?! I got a threatening-ish letter from her...does that count?! So no, I didn't hire her...nor would I...but this opens up a whole discussion about medical debt and why folks can or can't pay, don't ya think? Just my two cents...wait, she may try to garnish that, too..ugh...

I am finally finding a place to review after almost three years of having to deal with the nasty secretary re Harding my Norton account. While I understand debt needs to be paid, with the world we are living in it is hard to even get by with everyday bills. Let alone a dr bill where they have alre...ady been paid ten of thousands of dollars and me paying for insurance out of my check every week. I was trying g to do $100 a month with what is know Susan jones law and Julie had the nerve to tell me to take my kids out of private school and alter their whole schedule to pay $250 and she continued today he child was just fine. Good for her. It I am not changing my kids life for a medical bill. And she was mean rude and ugly. Get over the attitude please and deal with people with some empathy.

She took 2 payments of $624 from our account in 2 weeks We have insurance and utilities that come out automatically . So thanks to her we went negative and had no money at all .the world is so bad already and being disabled this really hurt our family . Caused insurance to cancel and behind on ut...ilities. We actually were negative $500 and we still can’t get caught up, need to make sure people have plenty money before collecting we live check to check this has been so stressful to our family . It took all our money . Wouldn’t recommend using ,
