Stephen Polozola

In my few disputes, whether with Contractors or Home Owners, due to Mr. Polozola's expertise there is usually no issue due to the fact his advice and contracts are so specific and follow the ever changing Texas law. He always takes my calls or gets back to me very quickly. In my two arbitrations I re...cieved 100% of what I wanted due to the extreme preparation of my attorney and by using his contracts which made it difficult for opposing counsel to have much of an arrgument. I was taken back as to the depth of pre trial prep he had done even for a small case as mine. I feel we came out on top because my lawyer was superior to the other guy's lawyer and that's what you want! To sum it up I would encourage anyone in the real estate business to put their faith in Stephen Polozola. I have for years and it has been a great relationship and I feel he always has my back.
