I will continue to resubmit my review until it's accepted and not deleted. They can get away with it on Google but not AVVO! They are the most hellacious experience I have ever had with any lawyer or law firm in my life. An expensive loss and experience I have ever endured. I got literally NO W...HERE. I regret that I have dealt with and worked for multiple law firms in my career. I truly wish they'd just give me my money back. That would have been the fair, decent, and ethical thing they "could" do.

I retained Mr. Ciarrocchi for a spousal support matter and paid a $5,000 retainer from my retirement savings. My experience was deeply disappointing and the representation caused serious harm to my case. He filed a discovery notice that listed an incorrect date a date that had already passed by more... than a year which opposing counsel used as grounds to quash my entire financial discovery request. He did not correct the error. Opposing counsel's motion to quash was served on his office while he was still my attorney of record. I was never informed that the motion existed. I did not learn the motion had been granted until I requested the order myself, months later. He filed no opposition to it. He announced his withdrawal by email and, by his own written description, attended a conference the same day before withdrawing. He never filed a formal withdrawal of appearance with the court. He issued a final invoice the same day he ended his representation, despite an earlier indication that a balance would be waived. I am now pursuing this matter through the appropriate channels. I would urge anyone considering this attorney to ask detailed questions about communication, deadlines, and how discovery and service will be handled.

I retained Stephen Ciarrocchi for a family custody matter and was highly disappointed with the level of communication I received throughout my representation.Outside the initial consultation, he refused my calls. Over approximately 10 months and $15k, I was only allowed to speak with Paralegal, d...espite multiple requests to speak directly with my attorney regarding important developments in my case. On the day of my custody case, he was very unprepared more like a deer in headlights. After the hearing, I requested to speak with him for case preparation and assurance. Instead again, I could only speak to his paralegal. His paralegal was very dismissive. I sought a second consultation and was advised of many errors made. I was advised to report him and I plan to but I wanted to help warn future clients also. As a client involved in ongoing custody and support litigation, I expected more direct attorney communication, case updates, and opportunities to discuss strategy and concerns. My experience left me feeling uninformed about the status of my case and uncertain about important upcoming court proceedings. Please, I beg you to go somewhere else. It is a reoccurring pattern and apparently most of Delaware County attorneys know of Stephen and Heather. $3-5k every time, but no real work done.
