Stacy Kirven handled an almost 18-month Child Custody and Divorce case for me, the father in this case. It was a difficult and hostile case, especially early on and she navigated the tricky intricacies with the utmost professionalism and poise. She was very creative in her problem solving and solutio...ns to get things moving in the best direction possible for me as a client and more importantly the best interests of the child in this entire case. There were 2 hearings in front of the judge, first for a temporary custody agreement in which she brought the facts of the case to bear and showed inaccuracies in the defenses' arguments. There was another hearing a few months later in an order to show cause as the defendant failed to abide by the court order on the temporary custody agreement mentioned above. Again, she laid out the facts of the matter and brought a strong case before the judge. After this, there was a final hearing scheduled months in advance and during that time she strategically waited and advised the right settlement offers and timing to best serve me as the plaintiff. The timing and offers in the settlement produced a simple, shared custody agreement and acceptable divorce decree that served primarily to be in the best interest of the minor child as well. In addition to that, the terms of the divorce decree were very favorable to me as the plaintiff and it would not have been possible without her expertise and knowledge.

Stacy was very professional and and seemed to really care about us and our case. She was very thorough, kept us informed of every step along the way.
