Stacy Kirven handled an almost 18-month Child Custody and Divorce case for me, the father in this case. It was a difficult and hostile case, especially early on and she navigated the tricky intricacies with the utmost professionalism and poise. The timing and offers in the settlement produced a simple, shared custody agreement and acceptable divorce decree that served primarily to be in the best interest of the minor child as well.
