OKANOGAN LEGAL REPRESENTATION

I was traveling through the Okanogan near Omak WA, when I was pulled over early Saturday morning. Having had drinks the night before I let the officer's know and that was all they needed to arrest and jail me for a DUI. It was my first arrest and having blown .065 I believed that I was well under t...he legal limit. It amazed me to find out they were going to pursue a dui conviction. I hired Soroosh because he not only understood what I was facing, (a criminal conviction and loss of liberties), but was able to convey the facts and truths of my arrest to a jury. Although I was out of my element, out of my area, I felt confident with Soroosh, and he was able to get a not guilty verdict. I thought with the facts that it would be easy, but little did I know or understand just how corrupt and simply underhanded to the point of lying that the prosecutor would be in trying to obtain a conviction. They used Ten's of thousands of dollars of the tax payers money to try and convict, stretched the truth, leaving out evidence, telling the arresting officer that he didn't need to speak with our side, hiring a handful of experts. I was so very lucky to have Soroosh in my corner. It really made all the difference that he understood what the prosecutor was going to do, and how to show our side of the story to the jury with our own experts as well as facts in the case that the prosecution was trying to deny us, to get a not guilty verdict. They say you are innocent until proven guilty, but going through this process I now know that the truth is, you really have to have a good attorney in your corner to prove your innocent because once you are arrested everyone assumes you are guilty.
