I am compassionate about my client's cause.  As a litigator, I have successfully represented clients for 23 years in jury and judge trials, arbitrations and mediations.

I provide one-on-one personalized representation from our initial meeting through finalization. Your case is not  handed off to younger counsel or merely assigned a number and forgotten. I know the details and facts of each client's case and provide acute and detailed preparation for court hearings and trial.  It is important to know opposing counsel and to strive for productive and positive working relationships.        

I appreciate that legal fees can be expensive. Often, legal proceedings transpire much longer than anticipated. If parties seeking divorce or legal separation are capable of discussing their issues, time and expense can be saved. I have assisted many couples, throughout the years, by mediating their case in an office setting thereby avoiding court intervention. Children are my priority when parents part.  Shielding a child from parental differences is of paramount importance.  

If court intervention is required, representation is expedient, knowleable, and aggressive, while mindful of costs and fees.   

Some clients simply cannot afford legal retainiment.  In such cases, I can offer essential legal advice on an hourly basis, prepare you, and your documens for court filing and/or hearing.
