Sean is great. He replies back every one of my messages very promptly. He is also so professional since he prepared my NIW case in less than a month (from 0 to 100). He filed my case without the recommendation letter which people usually provide to avoid getting hit by RFE. However, my case has been ...approved without any RFE. He is so professional.
